      目的 探讨护士长领导行为与护士工作环境感知的相关性,为护理管理者提高护士工作环境感知和护理工作满意度,进而提高护理工作质量提供客观依据。方法 采用徐联仓等翻译并修订《医院领导行为评估表》和陈雪蕾《中文版护士工作环境感知量表》对济宁医学院某附属医院护士200名进行问卷调查,并对二者进行相关性分析。结果 护士长领导行为量表的总得分为84.66分,分量表中P职能得分为(45.70±4.36)分、M职能得分(39.29±5.54)分;护士工作环境感知量表总得分(2.66±0.52)分,护士工作环境感知量表分维度得分由高到低依次为临床工作的制度保障、专业实践、护理管理、医护合作、参与决策和发展、人力与物力;护士长领导行为总分与护士工作环境感知总分存在显著正相关(r=0.238,P<0.01)。结论 护士长领导行为与护士工作环境感知存在正相关性,建议加强对护士长领导行为相关知识培训,提高护士对工作环境感知,进而提高护理工作质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the relationship between the head nurse leadership behavior and the nurse working environment influence of perception,for the sake of improving nursing managers working environment perception and improving nurse job satisfaction,and the quality of nursing.Methods To use xu lian cang's The hospital leadership behavior assessment scale,and chenxuelei's Chinese nurse working environment perception scale conduted a questionnaire survey by jining medical affiliated hospital among 200 nurses.Results The hospital leadership behavior assessment scale total score was 84.66±9.81,subscale P function was 45.70±4.36,subscale M function was 39.29±5.54,The nurse working environment perception scale for the total score was 2.66±0.52,The scores of nurses' work environment perception scale scores from high to low are the system guarantee of clinical work,professional practice,nursing management,health care cooperation,participation decision-making and development,manpower and material resources;The head nurse leadership behavior the total score and nurse working environment perception exist significant positive correlation (r=0.238,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the leadership behavior of nurses and the perception of nurses' work environment.It is suggested to strengthen the training of head nurses' knowledge about leadership behavior,to improve nurses' perception of work environment,and thus to improve the quality of nursing work.
