目的 系统综述国内外临床护士组织沉默的相关因素。方法 计算机系统检索建库至2022年3月26日发表在万方、知网、维普、SinoMed和Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、EmBase有关临床护士组织沉默的相关文献,按照纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选,提取并归纳文献中的信息。结果 计算机结合手动检索,共计检索出416篇文献,最终43篇文献纳入本研究。共归纳总结出3个层面的影响因素,分别为工作年限等个人及家庭层面的影响因素、组织和管理问题等管理者及组织层面的影响因素以及道德和责任感等社会文化层面的影响因素。结论 导致临床护士组织沉默的影响因素众多,其中组织层面及管理者的问题突出,医院管理层为一线护理工作人员建立一个积极和谐的工作环境以及行之有效的建言渠道尤为重要。 |

Objective To systematically review factors related to organizational silence of clinical nurses at home and abroad.Methods A systematic search was conducted until March 26,2022,for relevant literature on clinical nurse organizational silence published in Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,SinoMed,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,and EmBase.Exclusion criteria for literature screening,extracting and summarizing information in the literature.Results A total of 416 articles were retrieved,and 43 articles were finally included. A total of three levels of influencing factors are summed up,namely,individual and family-level influencing factors such as working years;managers and organizational-level influencing factors such as organizational and management issues;and socio-cultural influencing factors such as morality and sense of responsibility.Conclusion There are many factors that lead to the organizational silence of clinical nurses,among which the problems of organizational level and managers are prominent.It is especially important for hospital management to establish a positive and harmonious working environment and an effective suggestion channel for frontline nursing staff. |
