| 外泌体是直径范围在30nm至150nm的细胞外囊泡，广泛存在于各种体液中。在泌尿系统肿瘤微环境中可以检测到外泌体，并且外泌体miRNAs可以通过细胞间的信息交流和信息传递过程，促进泌尿系统肿瘤的生长、侵袭和转移。因此，外泌体miRNAs可以作为泌尿系统肿瘤活检和非侵入性的生物标志物，也可用于泌尿系统肿瘤患者的早期检测、诊断和治疗。 |

| Exosomes are extracellular vesicles with diameters ranging from 30 to 150 nm, which widely exist in various body fluids. Exosomes can be detected in the microenvironment of urinary system tumors, and studies have found that exosomes miRNAs can promote the growth, invasion and metastasis of urinary system tumors through the process of information exchange and transmission between cells. Therefore, exosome miRNAs can be used as biopsy and non-invasive biomarkers for urinary system tumors, and can also be used for early detection, diagnosis and treatment of patients with urinary system tumors. In view of the important function of exocrine miRNAs in promoting the occurrence of urinary system tumors. |
