| 正己烷作为一种用途广泛的有机溶剂，在作业环境中可通过呼吸系统进入机体而产生毒性作用。目前对正己烷毒性作用的关注点主要集中在神经系统的损伤、损伤机制及防治等方面。最近的研究发现，正己烷可造成神经系统以外包括肝脏、肺脏、肾脏、生殖系统在内的多个脏器和系统的非神经毒性作用。本文结合国内外相关文献，对正己烷的非神经毒性作用的研究进展做一综述，旨在为正己烷毒性作用的总体评价和防治提供依据。 |

| As a widely used organic solvent, N-hexane can enter the body through the respiratory system and produce toxic effects in working environment.At present, the researches on toxic effect of n-hexane mainly focus on the injury of nervous system and its mechanism, prevention and treatment.Recent studies have found that n-hexane can cause non-neurotoxic effects, including the toxic effects of liver, lung, kidney and reproductive system.In this paper, the research progress on non-neurotoxic effects of n-hexane were reviewed for providing evidence for the general evaluation and prevention of n-hexane toxicity. |
