摘 要 目的 开发一种应用非均相催化体系的8-氨基喹啉衍生物选择性C-O键构建方法。方法 分别从催化剂及氧化剂等对反应进行优化,并以筛选出的最优条件展开底物普适性考察。结果 以酞菁铜作为催化剂,碘苯二乙酸为氧化剂,于50 oC下在乙酸中反应5小时,高效实现了8-氨基喹啉C5-H选择性C-O键构建。结论 成功开发了一种应用非均相催化体系的C-O键构建方法并将其应用于8-氨基喹啉C5-H选择性官能团化。 |

Abstract: Objective Developing a heterogeneous catalysis system for the selective C5(sp2)-O cross coupling of 8-aminoquinoline derivatives. Methods Optimizing the reaction from catalysts and oxidants, etc., the scope of substrates was then investigated via the optimal conditions. Results With copper phthalocyanine as catalyst and PhI(OAC)2 as oxidant, C5 selective C-O bond was efficiently constructed in AcOH at 50 oC for 5 h. Conclusion A method for C-O bond construction by means of heterogeneous catalytic system was successfully developed and applied to the selective functionalization of 8-aminoquinoline derivatives. |
