| [目的]探讨巴林特小组活动模式对临床医护人员的心理安全感的影响。[方法] 在全院招募12名医护人员自愿参加巴林特小组活动,封闭性活动半年。进组前后采用安全感量表(Security Questionnaire,SQ)评价其安全感。[结果]医护人员参加巴林特小组活动后心理安全感平均得分有明显提高,进一步的分析发现,其中控制安全感因子平均得分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),人际安全感因子平均得分差异没有统计学意义(P＞0.05)［结论］巴林特小组活动的模式能有效提高医护人员的安全感,控制安全感提高明显。 |

| [objective] to explore the effect of the activity pattern of Barrett group on the psychological security of clinical medical staff. [methods] 12 medical staff were recruited in the hospital to participate in the activities of Barrett group voluntarily for six months. Security Questionnaire (SQ) was used before and after enrollment. [results] medical personnel to participate in bahrain, group activities after psychological security average score has improved obviously, further analysis found that the control of security factor average score difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), the average human security factor score difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). [conclusion] the bahrain's team activity model can effectively improve staff's sense of security, security control improve significantly. |
