| 【】目的：分析抗抑郁药物治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效。方法：选取从2014年4月-2015年4月我院收治的功能性消化不良100例,随机分为对照组(50)与观察组(50),对照组采取常规内科治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用盐酸多塞平治疗,对比两组临床疗效以及不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为88.00%,对照组为70.00%,观察组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%,对照组为22.00%,观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对功能性消化不良患者采用抗抑郁药物治疗,效果明显,具有临床应用价值。 |

| 【】Objective：Analysis the antidepressants in the treatment of functional dyspepsia clinical efficacy, Method：Our hospital from April 2014 - April 2015 treated 100 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia, randomly divided into observation group and control group equally, the control group take regular medical treatment, Observation group using the doxepin hydrochloride to treatment, comparing two groups of clinical effect and adverse reactions on the base of control group, on the base of control group . Results: Observation group total effective rate was 88.00%, significantly higher than the control group 70.00%, (P<0.05). Observation group side-effect rate was 8.00%,control group was 22.00%, observation group is lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the study found that using antidepressants can effectively improve the effect of the treatment of functional dyspepsia, has certain clinical application value. |
