      目的 探讨护理人员职业压力、工作满意度与应对方式的相关性及保持良好工作满意度的有效途径。方法 采用问卷调查法,对福州市三级乙等综合医院的134名临床护理人员进行调查。结果 (1)护理人员的首要职业压力源为对治疗护理的不确定,其次是工作负荷;(2)年龄对职业压力有显著性影响(P<0.05);(3)年龄、婚姻、文化程度对工作满意度和应对方式均有显著性影响(P<0.05);(4)护理人员职业压力、工作满意度与应对方式有显著相关性(P<0.05)。 结论 护理人员采取积极应对方式、提供护理人员具有竞争力的待遇以及培养高层次的护理人才是保持良好工作满意度的有效途径。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To explore the relationship of occupational stress, work satisfaction and coping style by nurses and the effective way of keeping good work satisfaction. Methods: Using of the questionnaire, conducted a survey of 134 clinical nurses in Fuzhou City three class general hospital. Results: (1) The main occupational stress source of nurses was not determined by treatment nursing, followed by work load; (2) Age had significant effect on occupational stress (P<0.05); (3) Age, marriage and culture had significant effect on both work satisfaction and coping style (P<0.05); (4) Occupational stress and work satisfaction of nurses were significantly correlated with coping style (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effective way to keep good work satisfaction is to take positive coping style, provide nurses with competitive treatment and to cultivate high level of nursing personnel.
