| 目的 通过分析我国医学伦理学研究领域的研究状况和特征，探索主题热点，为医学伦理学领域的进一步发展提供理论指导和参考。方法 采用文献计量学方法对2005-2016年CNKI中我国医学伦理学领域文献进行统计分析，包括文献发表时间、核心作者、重点研究机构、核心期刊等，并采用BICOMB和图形聚类工具SPSS对文献进行关键词共现矩阵提取与聚类分析。结果 我国医学伦理学领域的文献数量呈缓慢增长趋势、核心作者较少、研究机构分散、期刊分布不均、主题热点突出。结论 我国医学伦理学领域处于稳定发展阶段，研究热点集中在医患沟通、器官移植、伦理教育等方面。 |

| Objective The hot subjects are explored by analyzing the research status and features in the field of medical ethics in China,so as to provide theoretical guidance and reference for further development of medical ethics.Methods Bibliometrics methods were adopted for a statistical analysis on articles in the field of medical ethics from CNKI published from 2005 to 2016 with such information as published time,core authors,major research institutions and core journals.And then a co-words matrix was formed by applying BICOMB and cluster analysis was conducted with SPSS.Results The overall quantity of articles in the field of medical ethics in China showed a slow but steady increase,research institutions were dispersive and the articles were unevenly distributed with relatively limited core authors but prominent hot subjects.Conclusion Studies on the field of medical ethics is in the phase of steady development in China with hot subjects focusing mainly on doctor-patient communication,organ transplantation,ethical education and so on. |
