      目的 探索山东省部分农村中老年人急性冠脉综合征(ACS)认知、应对现状及其影响因素。方法 便利取样,选取山东省部分农村中老年人223例,采用自设问卷及ACS反应指数量表进行调查。结果 223名农村中老年人的ACS指数量表知识总分为(8.12±2.01)分;态度总分为(8.77±2.71)分;信念总分为(16.87±2.35)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,对知识总分有统计学意义的影响因素有:婚姻状况(β=-0.933,P<0.05)以及知识是否来自医护人员(β=1.055,P<0.05);年龄(β=-0.606,P<0.01)是态度的影响因素;ACS危险性的认知(β=0.438,P<0.05)和医疗保险类别(β=-0.631,P<0.05)是信念的影响因素。结论 农村中老年人的ACS症状认知、应对态度和信念水平较低,社区医护人员应该从影响因素着手,强化健康教育。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the cognitive and coping of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in some rural middle-aged and elderly persons in Shandong province and its influencing factors.Methods 223 cases of middle-aged and elderly persons in rural areas of Shandong province were investigated by self-designed questionnaire and ACS response index scale.Results The knowledge score of ACS index scale was (8.12±2.01).The total attitude score was (8.77±2.71).The total score of belief was (16.87±2.35).The results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the factors contributed to the total score of knowledge were:marital status (β=-0.933,P<0.05) and whether or not the knowledge came from medical workers (β=1.055,P<0.05).Age (β=-0.606,P<0.01) was the factor of attitude.Personal risk awareness of ACS (β=0.438,P<0.05) and medical insurance category (β=-0.631,P<0.05) were factors of personal belief.Conclusion The symptoms cognition,coping attitude and belief levels of ACS are low among the middle-aged and elderly in rural areas.The community medical staff should strengthen health education based on the influencing factors.
