| 目的 研究德州市2018年病毒性腹泻感染情况，为病毒性腹泻的预防及控制工作提供科学依据。方法 采用实时荧光PCR技术对2018年德州市病毒性腹泻常规监测病例全部588份粪便标本，进行轮状病毒和诺如病毒的核酸检测，并使用SPSS 20.0软件分析。结果 588份标本总阳性率为29.25%（172/588），其中轮状病毒阳性率为18.20%（107/588），诺如病毒阳性率为11.05%（65/588），混合感染15份，占总阳性检出的8.72%。病毒阳性率最高的为0~<1岁组，阳性率为32.26%，10~<50岁组检出率最低，为14.78%。轮状病毒流行高峰期为1至3月份，其中2月阳性率最高，为52.83%；诺如病毒无明显季节特征，3月份阳性率较高，为22.73%。阳性率最高的3个地区依次是禹城、夏津和陵城，分别为43.48%、42.86%和42.00%；阳性率最低的3个地区依次是乐陵、齐河和武城，分别为6.66%、14.28%和15.00%。结论 2018年德州市病毒性腹泻感染的主要病原体为轮状病毒，高危人群为<1岁的婴幼儿，1至3月为流行高峰期。 |

| Objective To study the viral diarrhea infection in Dezhou City in 2018 and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of viral diarrhea.Methods Real-time fluorescent PCR technology was used to detect the nucleic acid of rotavirus and norovirus in all 588 stool samples of viral diarrhea routinely monitored in Dezhou in 2018,and the analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 software.Results The total positive rate of 588 specimens was 29.25% (172/588),of which the rotavirus positive rate was 18.20%(107/588),the norovirus positive rate was 11.05%(65/588),and 15 mixed infections,accounting for 8.72% of the total positive detections.The highest virus positive rate was in the 0~<1 year old group,with a positive rate of 32.26%,and the lowest detection rate in the 10~<50 year old group was 14.78%.The peak period of rotavirus epidemic was from January to March,of which the highest positive rate is 52.83% in February.Norovirus had no obvious seasonal characteristics,and the positive rate in March was higher at 22.73%.The three regions with the highest positive rate were Yucheng,Xiajin and Lingcheng in turn,at 43.48%,42.86% and 42.00%,respectively;the three regions with the lowest positive rate were Leling,Qihe and Wucheng in turn,at 6.66%,14.28% and 15.00%.Conclusion The main pathogen of viral diarrhea infection in Dezhou in 2018 was rotavirus,the high-risk group was infants and young children <1 year old,and the peak period was from January to March. |
