| D型人格（type D personality）概念的提出已有20多年的时间，且早期有关D型人格的研究主要集中在心血管疾病领域。但D型人格概念的提出者Denollet通过一段时间之后的深入的研究后，提出了："D型人格可能诱发精神病理的改变，但这种人格结构自身并不是病理学的病变，而是一种正常的心理特质，是一种人格亚型，对D型人格的研究不仅仅要局限于非健康人群，更要关注D型人格在一般人群中的研究"的研究理念。之后，有关D型人格的研究逐渐从非健康人群转向一般人群。本文在探讨D型人格基本特质的基础上，结合近年来国内外有关D型人格与临床医学及精神病与精神卫生学研究成果，对D型人格在临床医学及精神病与精神卫生学相关研究进展作一系统综述。 |

| The concept of type D personality has been proposed for more than 20 years,and early research about type D personality mainly focused on the field of cardiovascular disease.However,after the in-depth study of the type D personality concept,Denollet proposed that type D personality may induce changes in psychopathology,but this personality structure is not a pathological lesion itself.The normal psychological trait is a personality subtype.The research on type D personality is not only limited to non-healthy people,but also induced to the research concept of type D personality in the general population.Later,research on type D personality gradually shifted from non-healthy people to the general population.Based on the basic characteristics of type D personality,the present work combines the research results of type D personality,clinical medicine,psychiatry and mental health in recent years,and reviews progress systematically in the research of type D personality in clinical medicine,psychiatry and mental health. |
