      目的 探讨蒲公英多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的增强作用及对TNF-α的调节。方法 实验用ICR清洁级小鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、环磷酰胺(CY)模型组和蒲公英多糖组。正常对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,其余各组注射CY建立免疫抑制模型。正常对照组与CY模型组每日灌胃生理盐水,蒲公英多糖组每日灌服等量的蒲公英多糖(80mg/kg),8d后测定小鼠特异性及非特异性免疫免疫应答强度的变化。结果 与正常对照组相比,CY模型组小鼠的胸腺指数(1.52±0.61)、脾指数(2.86±1.08)、吞噬指数(0.32±0.03)、淋巴细胞转化率[(36.80±3.2)%]、血清溶血素OD值(0.11±0.02)均显著下降,说明免疫抑制模型成功制备;与模型组相比,蒲公英多糖组的胸腺指数(2.14±0.56)、脾指数(3.58±1.10)、吞噬指数(0.40±0.04)、淋巴细胞转化率[(48.14±6.4)%]、血清溶血素OD值(0.19±0.03)以及血清TNF-a的OD值(0.30±0.04)均有显著的提高。结论 蒲公英多糖可明显增强免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能,提高细胞因子TNF-a的表达水平。

      Objective To study the immunoregulation effect of taraxacum polysaccharides on the immune function in immunosuppression mice.Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups:control group,cyclophosphamide(CTX) group,taraxacum polysaccharides group.Mice in control group were injected intraperitoneally with normal saline.The other two groups received intraperitoneal injection of CTX(40mg/kg once a day for 3days from the 4th day beginning) to induce immunosuppression.The control group and CTX group received intragastric administration daily.The mice in taraxacum polysaccharides group received intragastric administration of taraxacum polysaccharides solution (80mg·kg-1) every day.After 8 days,the intensity of specificity and non-specific immune response were analyzed.Results Compared with control group,Cy-treated mice showed significant decrease in the thymus index (1.52±0.61) and spleen index (2.86±1.08),the phagocytic index (0.32±0.03),the lymphocyte conversion rate (36.80±3.2)%,the concentration of serum hemolysin (0.19±0.03).Compared with Cy model group,the taraxacum polysaccharides significantly increased the thymus index (2.14±0.56) and spleen index (3.58±1.10),the phagocytic index (0.40±0.04),the lymphocyte conversion rate (48.14±6.4)%,the concentration of serum hemolysin (0.19±0.03) and TNF-α (0.30±0.04).Conclusion Taraxacum polysaccharides can enhance the immune function in immunosuppression mice.
