| 目的 观察针刺配合走罐治疗大学生亚健康状态的临床疗效。方法 将60例符合纳入标准的处于亚健康状态的大学生随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺关元、足三里（双侧）等腧穴配合背部走罐的方法治疗，对照组采用与治疗组相同腧穴针刺治疗。隔日治疗1次，7次为1疗程，中间休息2d，共治疗2个疗程。于治疗前后分别进行症状评分量表（SCL-90）测评，观察两组治疗前后症状总评分及临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后，两组间治疗前后症状总评分差值比较有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组效果优于对照组。治疗组治愈4例，显效22例，有效3例，总有效率为96.67%，对照组治愈1例，显效10例，有效13例，总有效率80.00%，两组比较有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 针刺配合走罐治疗大学生亚健康状态疗效确切，治疗效果优于常规针刺。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture plus moving cupping for sub-health in the undergraduates. Methods 60 cases met the inclusion criteria of sub-health in the undergraduates were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30).Treatment group was used acupuncture to stimulate Guanyuan(CV4),Zusanli(ST36) and so on plus moving cupping on the back.The control group was used acupuncture to stimulate the same points to the treatment group.The treatment was every other day,7 times for a course of treatment,a break of 2 day,and a total of 2 courses of treatment.Scores of self-reporting inventory (SCL-90) were evaluated before and after treatment to observe the total symptom scores,clinical curative. Results The two groups after treatment,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.In the treatment group,4 cases were cured,22 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,1 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 80%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion Acupuncture plus moving cupping is effective in improving and treating the sub-health state in the undergraduates.Acupuncture plus moving cupping for sub-health in the undergraduates is superior to the routine acupuncture. |
