      超声诊断技术在临床上的应用日益广泛,已成为疾病诊疗过程中必不可少的手段。超声专业学员的诊断与操作水平的提高,能大大缩短他们毕业后的临床培养期,更好地胜任本职工作。本文通过比较、分析中美两国超声专业学员的培养模式,并介绍了我们的成功培养经验,对超声专业教学和技能培养,提出了一些建议和方法。
英文摘要:
      Ultrasound diagnostic techniques has been increasingly adopted in clinical application and become an indispensable tool in the disease diagnosis and treatment process.The improvement of diagnostic and operating skills for the ultrasound major students can greatly shorten their clinical incubation period which qualify them for their jobs better after graduation.This thesis puts forward new proposals and methods on how to improve our teaching quality,especially operating skills by comparing and analyzing the ultrasound training modes between the United States and China.And our successful experiences in training the students were introduced.
