| 目的 探讨临床护理路径在辅助生殖专科中的应用效果。方法 成立临床护理路径小组,制定切实可行的临床护理路径,在诊疗护理的关键环节进行流程化管理。该路径实施前后采用调查表对相关指标进行调查。结果 临床护理路径实施后,患者满意度(4.3±0.7)分、患者对疾病的掌握情况(7.4±0.6)分及妊娠成功率(37%),均高于实施前(P<0.01);患者就诊等候时间(9.5±2.8)min、医疗费用(2.0±3.2)万元、就诊次数(15±3.2)次,均低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 将临床护理路径应用到辅助生殖专科,对持续改进护理服务质量,顺应生殖医学专科技术的发展具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To study the effect of the Clinical-Nursing Pathway in Assisted Reproductive Technology.Methods The team and the feasible Clinical-Nursing Pathway were established.To streamline the management in the key part of diagnosis and nursing.Results The patients' satisfaction(4.3±0.7),knowledge of disease(7.4±0.6) and success rate of pregnancy(37%) were improved significantly compared to those before(P<0.01).The patients' waiting time(9.5±2.8),medical costs(2.0±3.2) and the frequency to the hospital were less than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying this Clinical-Nursing Pathway in Assisted Reproductive Technology will play a very important role to improve the quality of nursing and develop the Assisted Reproductive Technology. |
