| 目的 探讨高校贫困生的心理健康状况,分析贫困生存在的心理问题。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对济宁医学院临床医学院的77 名贫困大学生和340名非贫困大学生进行调查。结果 1)贫困生在抑郁因子得分上显著高于非贫困生(P<0.05)差异显著;2)贫困生心理问题检出率为23.38%,显著高于非贫困生(χ2=41.38,P<0.01)。结论 贫困大学生的心理健康状况不容忽视,应根据贫困生的心理健康状况的特点,开展相应的心理健康促进活动。 |

| Objective To study the mental health status among impoverished undergraduates and analyze the psychological problem of impoverished undergraduates.Methods 77 impoverished undergraduates and 340 common undergraduates were tested with SCL-90 in Clinical Institute of Jining Medical University.The test results were analyzed by SPSS11.5.Results The scores of interpersonal depression among the impoverished undergraduates were higher than those of the common, and the result was significant.The prevalence of psychological symptoms in impoverished undergraduates was 23.38%, and higher than that of the common.Conclusion More attention should be paid to mental health of impoverished undergraduates.Mental health promotion activities should be developed according to mental health status of impoverished undergraduates. |
