目的 评价天然型复合网孔状羟基磷灰石(IHA/BMP)修复牙槽骨缺损的临床效果。方法 随机抽取52名牙周病患者的60颗患牙,随机分3组:天然型复合网孔状羟基磷灰石(IHA/BMP)组、天然型网孔状羟基磷灰石(IHA)、羟基磷灰石(HA)(对照组)。患者经牙周基础治疗后,分别植入IHA/BMP、IHA、HA 3种生物活性材料。于术前、术后3、6、12个月,分别对患牙牙周附着丧失水平(CAL)和牙齿松动度两个临床指标进行分析。结果 IHA/BMP组疗效优于IHA组和HA组。IHA/BMP组牙周附着丧失水平(CAL)及牙齿松动度术后3、6、12个月逐渐减小。IHA组、HA组牙周附着丧失水平(CAL)及牙齿松动度术后6~12个月无明显减少。结论 IHA/BMP可以促进牙周病患牙牙槽骨修复,有可能成为临床治疗骨缺损的一种理性修复材料。 |

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of repair of alveolar bone defect by the natural composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite(IHA)/bone morphogenetic protein(BMP).Methods 60 teeth from 52 patients of periodontal disease were randomly chose and grouped into 3 groups:natural composite mesh-like hydroxyapatite(IHA/BMP), IHA and HA(Control).After periodontal initial therapy, periodontal operations were performed using respective bioactivity material in each group.The clinical attachment loss(CAL) and mobility of human teeth were recorded respectively for one month before the operation and repeated at the 3rd, 6th and 12th month after the operations.Results IHA/BMP was more effective than IHA, and IHA better than HA.Both CAL and mobility of human teeth decreased gradually in the 3rd, 6th and 12th month after the operation.But for IHA and HA groups, obvious reduction of these two measures was not observed during the same time interval.Conclusion IHA/BMP can promote the repair of periodontal alveolar bone, it is likely to become a rational repair materials in clinical treatment of bone defects. |
