| 目的 调查居民对社区卫生服务的知晓、利用情况,为加强社区卫生服务建设提供科学依据。方法 利用自行设计的调查问卷,从济宁市山推社区卫生服务中心辖区内随机抽取239名社区居民进行现场问卷调查。结果 被调查的239名居民中,对社区卫生服务机构提供上门出诊、开设家庭病床、进行健康教育讲座的知晓率分别为59.5%、53.6%和58.2%。有73.2%的居民患病时最常去社区卫生服务机构,结果显示年龄长者、距离最近医疗机构少于2 km、到达医疗机构的时间少于15 min的居民倾向于选择去社区卫生服务机构看病。未选择社区卫生服务机构的原因主要是技术水平不高(占49.06%)。结论 社区卫生服务的开展,得到了社区居民一定的认可,社区卫生服务机构还应提高社区卫生服务人员的专业素质,增强社区卫生服务的可及性。 |

| Objective To investigate the understanding and utilizing situation of community health service for the construction of community health service.Methods Randomly selected 239 residents from jurisdictions of Shantui community health centre in Jining to make a survey by pre-designed questionnaire.Results In the 239 residents, the knowing rates of Community Health Service could provide house call, home bed, make lecture of health education were 59.5%, 53.6% and 58.2%, respectively.73.2% of the residents usually went to community health centre when they got ill.Community health centre was easily selected by the following people: elder, less than 2 kilometers from their homes to community health centre, less than 15 minutes to reach community health centre.If people did not select community health centre when they got ill, the major reason was that skill level of personnel in community health centre was not high.Conclusion Community health service had got certain acceptance in people, but it is necessary to raise the specialty capability of personnel working in community health service and enhance accessibility of community health service for residents. |
