      目的 了解影响基层全科医生离职倾向的因素,为稳定基层全科医生队伍提供实证依据。方法 以参加安徽省全科医学培训中心转岗培训的基层全科医生为调查对象,采用一般情况调查问卷、医生感知医患关系量表、工作满意度量表、职业倦怠量表和离职倾向量表进行调查。结果 本次调查共回收有效问卷718份。结果显示,基层全科医生的离职倾向较高(56.8%的医生得分在中值水平之上)。年龄、医生感知医患关系、工作满意度、职业倦怠是基层医生离职倾向的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 应重视基层全科医生队伍稳定性问题,重点关注对年轻医生的岗位吸引力,强调医生对医患关系的感知对其执业稳定性的作用,并丰富工作内容、强化在职培训以降低离职倾向,稳定基层医疗队伍。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the factors affecting the propensity of primary care general practitioners to leave their jobs and to provide empirical evidence to stabilise the primary care general practitioner workforce. Methods A general information questionnaire, the Physician Perceived Doctor-Patient Relationship Scale, the Job Satisfaction Scale, the Burnout Scale, and the Tendency to Leave Scale were used to survey primary care general practitioners who had participated in the transfer training at the Anhui Provincial Family Medicine Training Centre. Results A total of 718 valid questionnaires were returned. The results showed that primary care general practitioners had a high propensity to leave their jobs (56.8% of doctors scored above the median level). Age, doctors‘ perceived doctor-patient relationship, job satisfaction, and burnout were the main influencing factors of primary care doctors’ tendency to leave their jobs (P < 0.05). Conclusion Attention should be paid to the issue of the stability of the primary care general practitioner workforce, focusing on the attractiveness of the post for young doctors, emphasising the role of doctors' perception of the doctor-patient relationship on the stability of their practice, as well as enriching the content of their work, strengthening on-the-job training to reduce the tendency to leave, and stabilising the primary care workforce.
