| 目的 探讨维生素AD、E联合红外线烤灯在新生儿红臀中的治疗效果。方法 选取2019年8月—2021年8月期间芜湖市中医院新生儿科收治的150例新生儿红臀患者为例,按照红臀严重程度采用分层随机化将患儿分为试验组和对照组,每组患儿75例,其中轻型患儿48例,重Ⅰ型患儿21例,重Ⅱ型患儿6例。试验组采用维生素AD、E联合红外线烤灯治疗,每天2次,对照组采用妇科九味洗剂熏洗治疗,每天2次,比较两组患儿涂抹后的疗效、住院时间、复发率等。结果 试验组患儿红臀愈显率(94.67%)明显高于对照组患儿红臀愈显率(89.33%)(χ2=6.22,P=0.007);试验组患儿平均治愈时间(5.02±1.02) d明显短于对照组间(6.12±1.53) d。(t=6.31,P=0.008)。结论 维生素AD、E涂臀联合红外线烤灯在新生儿红臀治疗中能够显著提高红臀愈显率,疗效快,效果好,有利于新生儿护理推广应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of vitamin AD and E combined with infrared lamp on neonatal red hip. Methods A total of 150 neonatal red hip patients admitted to the neonatology department of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as examples,and different types of patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random stratified sampling.each group included 75 neonates,with 48 mild cases,21 severe type Ⅰ cases and 6 severe type Ⅱ cases.The experimental group was treated with vitamin AD and E combined with infrared baking lamp twice a day,while the control group was treated with Fuke Jiuwei lotion fumigation twice a day.The therapeutic effect,length of stay and recurrence rate after daubing were compared between the two groups. Results The markedly effective rate in the experimental group (94.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (89.33%),(χ2=6.22,P=0.007).The average healing time in the experimental group (5.02±1.02) d was significantly less than that in the control group (6.12±1.53) d,(t=6.31,P=0.008). Conclusion Vitamin AD and E buttock coating combined with infrared baking lamp can significantly improve the visibility of neonatal red hip treatment,with rapid and effective results,and is conducive to the promotion and application of neonatal nursing. |
