      摘要:目的 探讨大学生焦虑的类别转变及其影响因素。方法 采用焦虑量表、网络社会上行比较量表及人口学量表对2000名大学生进行4个月的纵向调查。结果 (1)大学生焦虑发生率呈下降趋势,T1时间点大学生焦虑的发生率为31.5%,T2时间点大学生焦虑的发生率为18.4%;(2)大学生焦虑可分为低焦虑症状组和高焦虑症状组2个潜在类别,低焦虑症状组向高焦虑症状组转变的概率为50.1%,高焦虑症状组向低焦虑症状组转变的概率为5.4%;(3)网络社会上行比较和性别是大学生焦虑潜在类别转变的重要影响因素。结论 大学生焦虑可划分为2个潜在类别,不同类别随时间推移发生转变,显著受网络社会上行比较和性别的影响。

      Abstract: Objective To explore the latent classes, transition and its influencing factors of anxiety among college students. Methods A 4-month longitudinal survey was conducted among 2000 college students by using Anxiety Scale, Online Upward Social Comparison Scale and Demographic scale. Results (1) The incidence of anxiety of college students showed a decreasing trend, the incidence of anxiety of college students at T1 time was 31.5%, and that of college students at T2 time was 18.4%; (2) The anxiety of college students could be divided into two latent classes: low anxiety symptom group and high anxiety symptom group; the low anxiety symptom group had a 50.1% chance of transition to high anxiety symptom group while the high anxiety symptom group had a 5.4% chance of transition to low anxiety symptom group; (3) Online upward social comparison and gender were important influencing factors of college students' latent classes of anxiety. Conclusion There are two latent classes of anxiety in college students, and the different classes change over time, these changes are significantly affected by online upward society comparison and gender.
