摘要 目的 利用罗丹明B 高灵敏检测湖水中的铅离子。方法 基于配位作用,存在Pb2+时,罗丹明B在577 nm处的荧光被猝灭,通过优化响应时间,以获得该方法的最佳性能,并评价其在实际样品检测中的准确性和可靠性。结果 Pb2+在45-55 μg/mL浓度范围内其荧光呈现线性相关,检出限为1 μg/mL。进行了选择性和抗干扰性试验,结果显示有较好的选择性和抗干扰性。在45 μg/mL和55 μg/mL两个添加浓度水平下,平均回收率为93.40%-99.60%。相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)为0.99%-2.33%。结论 该方法操作便捷,样品处理简单,试剂用量少,选择性好,灵敏度高。 |

Abstract: Objective Rhodamine B was used to detect lead ions in lake water with high sensitivity. Methods Based on the coordination effect, the fluorescence of rhodamine B at 577 nm was quenched in the presence of Pb2+, and the response time was optimized to obtain the best performance of the method and evaluate its accuracy and reliability in the detection of real samples. Results The fluorescence of Pb2+ showed a linear correlation within the concentration range of 45-55 μg/mL, and the detection limit was 1 μg/mL. The selectivity and anti-interference experiments are carried out, and the results show that the selectivity and anti-interference are better. The average recovery was 93.40%-99.60% at two added concentration levels of 45 μg/mL and 55 μg/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD, n=3) was 0.99%-2.33%. Conclusion The method is easy e to operate, simple to process samples, less reagent, good selectivity and high sensitivity. |
