| 目的 基于中医健康观理论,研究中老年2型糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量(HRQOL)并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用中医生命质量量表(CQ-11D)对464名中老年(≥40岁)2型糖尿病患者进行HRQOL评价,应用Logistic回归模型及多重线性回归模型分析中老年T2DM患者HRQOL的影响因素。结果 中老年2型糖尿病患者的CQ-11D健康效用值平均值为(0.851±0.169)；CQ-11D-VAS平均得分为(71.95±14.47)分。其中“形神同俱-形”相关维度睡眠、精神、疼痛、头晕存在问题的比例分别为60.1%、48.3%、46.8%、42.9%；“形神同俱-神”相关维度疲劳/疲乏、烦躁易怒、焦虑沮丧存在问题的比例分别为70.0%、53.4%、39.4%。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄、病程、锻炼情况是患者HRQOL的主要影响因素。结论 中老年2型糖尿病患者健康相关生命质量较一般人群低,在“形、神”两个领域多维度受损均较重。 |

| Objective To evaluate the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and explore its influencing factors based on the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine health concept. Methods 464 middle-aged and elderly patients (≥40 years old) with type 2 diabetes were assessed with the Chinese medicine Quality of life-11 Dimensions (CQ-11D). Logistic regression model and multiple linear regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of HRQOL. Results The average score of CQ-11D Health State Utility of middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was (0.851 ± 0.169); the average score of CQ-11D-VAS is (71.95±14.47) points. The proportion of the problems with quality of sleep, spirit, pain, and dizziness related to the dimensions of “unity between the body and the Shen- XING” is 60.1%, 48.3%, 46.8% and 42.9%; the proportion of fatigue, irritability, anxiety/depression related to the dimension of “unity between the body and the Shen- SHEN” was 70.0%, 53.4% and 39.4% . Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that gender, age, the course of disease and exercise were the main influencing factors of HRQOL. Conclusion The health-related quality of life of middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is lower than that of the general population.The patients suffer from serious multi-dimensional damage in both "XING and SHEN". |
