抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,其病理机制尚未完全明了。细胞因子假说为解释抑郁症提供了一种免疫炎症视角,指出细胞因子在抑郁症发病过程中扮演关键角色。电休克治疗(Electroconvulsive therapy, ECT)是一种针对严重抑郁症患者的有效治疗方法,尽管ECT的确切作用机制仍有待进一步研究,但现有研究表明,细胞因子在ECT过程中可能起到关键作用。现通过分析ECT如何通过影响细胞因子水平改善抑郁症状,揭示细胞因子在ECT中的作用,以优化治疗效果并减少副作用,为未来研究和临床应用提供理论基础。 |

Depression is a common mental disorder, and its pathological mechanisms remain not fully understood. The cytokine hypothesis offers an immuno-inflammatory perspective to explain depression, suggesting that cytokines play a crucial role in the development of the disorder. Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is an effective treatment for patients with severe depression. Although the exact mechanisms of ECT are yet to be fully elucidated, current research suggests that cytokines may play a key role during ECT treatment. By analyzing how ECT influences cytokine levels to alleviate depressive symptoms, this review aims to reveal the role of cytokines in ECT, optimize treatment outcomes, reduce side effects, and provide a theoretical foundation for future research and clinical applications. |
