| 单孔腹腔镜作为一种新的腹腔镜手术方式,手术器械经脐孔进入腹腔,利用脐部皱褶遮挡切口,具有住院时间短、损伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快等优点,已经广泛应用于妇科手术。本文通过分析国内外单孔腹腔镜在妇科疾病中的应用,对其应用现状、优缺点、发展趋势进行了阐述,以期为单孔腹腔镜的发展提供参考。 |

| Single-port laparoscopy,as a new laparoscopic surgical approach,has been widely used in gynecological surgery because the surgical instruments enter the abdominal cavity through the umbilical port and use the umbilical crease wall to obscure the incision,which has the advantages of short hospital stay,less injury,less postoperative pain,and faster recovery.This paper analyzes the application of single-port laparoscopy in gynecological surgery at home and abroad,and provides a comprehensive description of its application status,advantages and disadvantages,and development trend,to provide a reference for the development of single-port laparoscopy. |
