| 目的 调查临床护士叙事护理的知信行现状，并分析其影响因素，为临床应用提供参考。方法 采用叙事护理知识、态度、行为问卷对某三甲医院80名临床护士进行调查。结果 临床护士叙事护理知识得分为（27.55±2.34）分，得分率为91.83%；态度得分（35.99±3.38）分，得分率89.96%；行为得分（28.80±3.00）分，得分率72.00%。多元线性回归分析结果显示，工作年龄、职称和叙事护理的态度是叙事护理行为的影响因素（均P<0.05）。结论 临床护士对叙事护理的知识掌握较好，态度和行为有待提高。护理管理者应加大临床护士叙事护理的培训力度，合理分配人力资源，促进叙事护理在临床的有效开展与应用。 |

| Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge, belief and practice of narrative nursing among clinical nurses, and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for clinical application. Methods 80 clinical nurses in a third class hospital were investigated by narrative nursing knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire.Results The score of narrative nursing knowledge of clinical nurses was (27.55±2.34), and the score rate was 91.83%; The attitude score was (35.99±3.38), and the score rate was 89.96%; The behavior score was (28.80±3.00), and the scoring rate was 72.00%. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working age, professional title and narrative nursing attitude were the influencing factors of narrative nursing behavior (all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurses have a good grasp of narrative nursing knowledge, and their attitude and behavior need to be improved. Nursing managers should strengthen the training of clinical nurses' narrative nursing, reasonably allocate human resources and promote the extensive development of narrative nursing in clinic. |
