新冠疫情暴发以来,分子检测原料酶的市场需求呈现快速攀升趋势。作为医学院校生物技术专业的学生,学习和掌握酶学的知识和技能是时代赋予的基本要求。鉴于本校《酶工程》传统理论和实验教学存在的不足,本课题组开展了包括教学内容、教学形式、生产实践、评价方式等方面的改革,建立了以《酶工程》为主线,整合《基因工程》和《发酵工程》内容的综合实验课程。教学过程中,将学生自主设计实验、线上线下混合式教学、生产实践以及多方位考核等策略贯穿其中。实践结果表明,该课程设计有利于学生构建完整的专业知识体系,增强学生的科研兴趣,提升了学生专业服务社会能力,为日后的科研和就业提供了必要准备,可为相关课程践行实践教学改革提供参考借鉴。 |

During the epidemic period,the market demand for molecular detection enzymes has shown a rising trend.Students majoring in biotechnology in medical university have the responsibility of learning and mastering the knowledge and skills of enzymology.In view of the deficiency of the traditional experimental course of Enzyme Engineering,a series of reforms including experiment content,teaching form,production practice,and evaluation method have been conducted in Anhui Medical University.By means of self-designed experiments,On-line and Off-line mixed teaching,diversified evaluation system,and the combination of production practice,the comprehensive experimental course have been created based on Enzyme Engineering and combining Genetic Engineering and Fermentation Engineering.The new teaching reform model is conducive to improving the professionalknowledge structure of students,cultivating students' interest inresearching,enhancing students' ability to serve society,inspiring students to explore and innovate spirit,and laying a solid foundation for future scientific research or students' career development,and therefore to provide reference for relevant curriculum teaching reforms. |
