动脉钙化是一种导致动脉血管硬化和功能障碍的疾病,可以导致不良心血管事件的发生,常见于衰老、慢性肾脏病、糖尿病等。硫化氢是一种气体信号分子,既可以引起中毒也可以抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡。近年来发现硫化氢可以通过多种机制抑制动脉钙化。本文就近年来硫化氢抑制动脉钙化的机制研究做一综述,以期为治疗动脉钙化提供新的思路。 |

Arterial calcification is a disease that leads to arteriosclerosis and dysfunction that may cause adverse cardiovascular events.It is common in aging,chronic kidney disease,diabetes and so on.Hydrogen sulfide is a kind of gas signal molecule which can not only cause poisoning but also anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and anti-apoptosis.In recent years,it has been found that hydrogen sulfide can inhibit arterial calcification through a variety of mechanisms.This article reviews the mechanism of hydrogen sulfide inhibiting arterial calcification in recent years in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of arterial calcification. |
