人力资源是医院的核心资源,也是医院的核心竞争力,我国卫生人力资源管理已经从传统的人事管理体系转变为现代人力资源管理模式。基层医院也逐渐重视人力资源管理体系的构建,然而由于缺乏理论的知识与实践经验的不足,现阶段基层医院人力资源管理仍旧存在着一些问题,本文从基层医院人力资源管理现状出发,针对存在的问题提出了一些应对措施。 |

Human resources are not only the core resources of hospitals,but also the core competitiveness of hospitals.Health human resources management has changed from the traditional personnel management system to the modern human resources management mode in our country.Grass-roots hospitals also gradually pay attention to the construction of human resources management system.However,due to the lack of theoretical knowledge and practical experience,there are still some problems in the human resources management in grass-roots hospitals at present.Starting from the current situation of human resources management of grass-roots hospitals,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems. |
