| 恶性肿瘤表现为细胞分裂失控的病理过程，严重危害人类健康。PI3K/AKT信号通路在癌症的发生发展中具有重要作用，PIP5K1A作为一种脂质激酶，作用于PI3K/AKT信号通路上游，具有多种生物学功能，包括细胞分化、细胞迁移等。越来越多的研究表明，PIP5K1A的过表达促进了癌细胞的生长、侵袭和迁移，抑制PIP5K1A可有效阻碍肿瘤进展。鉴于PIP5K1A在肿瘤中的重要作用，PIP5K1A抑制剂在恶性肿瘤中的应用研究值得关注。 |

| Malignant tumor is a pathological process of uncontrolled cell division, which seriously endangers human health.PI3K/AKT signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various cancers.As a lipid kinase, PIP5K1A acts on the upstream of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and has a variety of biological functions, including cell differentiation, cell migration and so on.An increasing number of studies have shown that the overexpression of PIP5K1A promotes the growth, invasion and migration of cancer cells, and the inhibition of PIP5K1A can effectively hinder tumor progression.In view of this important role of PIP5K1A in tumors, the application of PIP5K1A inhibitor in malignant tumors deserves attention. |
