| 目的 分析精神分裂症患者APOE基因多态性及其与糖脂代谢指标的关系。方法 选取中山市第三人民医院2020年10月至2021年6月住院诊断为精神分裂症的95名患者，采用荧光PCR法检测所有人员的APOE基因型，用全自动生化分析仪检测其血糖血脂水平，根据APOE基因表现型将患者分为E2、E3和E4 3组。结果 患者APOE基因型分布情况为：ε2/ε2型0例（0%）、ε2/ε3型18例（18.95%）、ε3/ε3型57例（60%）、ε2/ε4型4例（4.21%）、ε3/ε4型15例（15.79%）、ε4/ε4型1例（1.05%）；表现型E2型18例（18.95%）、E3型61例（64.21%）、E4型16例（16.84%）。3组间低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、载脂蛋白B（APOB）和脂蛋白a（LP（a））差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、载脂蛋白A1（APOA1）和血糖（GLU）差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 精神分裂症患者APOE基因呈多态性分布，APOE E4型患者部分血脂水平高于APOE E2型患者。 |

| Objective To analyze the relationship between ApoE gene polymorphism and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 95 patients with schizophrenia in Zhongshan Third People's Hospital from October 2020 to June 2021 were collected.The APOE genotypes of all the patients were detected by fluorescent PCR.The blood glucose and lipid levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.According to the APOE genotypes, the patients were divided into E2, E3 and E4 groups.Results The distribution of APOE genotypes in the experimental group was as follows:ε2/ε2 0 case(0%), ε2/ε3 18 cases(18.95%), ε3/ε3 57 cases(60%), ε2/ε4 4 cases(4.21%), ε3/ε4 15cases(15.79%), ε4/ε4 1 case(1.05%);E2 18 cases(18.95%), E3 61 cases(64.21%), E4 16 cases(16.84%).There were significant differences in LDL, apoB and LP(a) among the three groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC), high density lipoprotein(HDL), apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) and blood glucose(Glu) among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion ApoE gene polymorphism was found in schizophrenic patients.The blood lipid level of patients with APOE E4 was higher than that of patients with APOE E2. |
