      为培养具备社会责任感和家国情怀的创新型医学检验人才,本研究探索了混合式教学模式下临床免疫学检验技术实验课程思政教育的实践与创新。基于“基础性→综合性→创新性” 递进式实验课程体系,结合超星平台的混合式教学改革,将思政元素有机融入实验教学的各个环节。通过课程思政设计,强化了学生的科学文化素养、实践能力和团队协作精神,同时激发了学生的科学探索兴趣和创新思维。课程实施后,学生满意度调查显示,92. 27%的学生认为该课程有助于提高科学文化素养,78. 74%的学生增强了团队协作能力,课程评价体系也得到了81. 64%学生的认可。实践表明,混合式教学与思政教育的融合有效提升了教学效果,为医学检验专业课程思政教育提供了新的思路。
英文摘要:
      To cultivate innovative medical laboratory talents with a sense of social responsibility and national sentiment,this study explored the practice and innovation of ideological and political education (course ideological and political education,CIPE) in the experimental course of clinical immunological examination technology under the blended teaching model. Based on the progressive experimental course system of "fundamental → comprehensive → innovative," combined with the blended teaching reform on the Chaoxing platform, ideological and political elements were organically integrated into every link of experimental teaching. Through the CIPE design,students′ scientific and cultural literacy,practical abilities,and team spirit were enhanced,while their interest in scientific exploration and innovative thinking were stimulated. After the implementation of the course,a student satisfaction survey showed that 92. 27% of students believed the course helped improve their scientific and cultural literacy,78. 74% of students enhanced their teamwork skills,and the course evaluation system was recognized by 81. 64% of students. The practice has demonstrated that the integration of blended teaching and CIPE effectively improved the teaching effect and provided new ideas for the CIPE of medical laboratory specialty courses.
