      目的 对毒根斑鸠菊花枝中总黄酮的提取工艺进行最优选择。方法 采用单因素实验研究超声波功率、提取温度、乙醇浓度、液料比以及提取时间对毒根斑鸠菊花枝中总黄酮提取率的影响并用正交实验进行验证。结果 超声波功率540W、温度70℃、乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶20g/mL、提取时间70min为最佳提取条件。在此条件下,毒根斑鸠菊花枝提取总黄酮含量为81.59 mg·g-1结论 本研究优化了毒根斑鸠菊花枝总黄酮的提取工艺,该工艺稳定可行,重复性好,提取效率较高。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from the branchesof Vernonia cumingiana Benth.Methods Single factor experiment method was used to study the effects of ultrasonic power, extraction temperature, ethanol concentration, liquid-to-material ratio and extraction time on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Vernonia branches and verified by orthogonal experiments.Results The ultrasonic power was 540W, the extraction temperature was 70℃, the ethanol concentration was 70%, the ratio of material to liquid was 1:20, and the extraction time was 70min, which were the best extraction conditions.Under these conditions, the content of total flavonoids in the venomous root Vernonia branch was 81.59 mg·g-1Conclusion In this study, the extraction process of the total flavonoids from the branches of Vernonia vulgaris was optimized.The process is stable and feasible, with good reproducibility and high extraction efficiency.
