      目的 评估慕课翻转课堂教学在住院医师规范化培训(住培)中的可行性、可接受性和有效性。方法 选取内科专业方向住培学员192名,分为对照组96名,采用传统教学法;观察组96名,采用慕课翻转课堂教学法。比较课后考试成绩及问卷调查满意度。结果 观察组住培学员试题成绩(82.40±6.54)分,高于对照组(80.30±7.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住培学员对慕课翻转课堂教学模式满意度较高。结论 慕课翻转课堂教学能提高住院医师规范化培训的教学效果,提升住培学员的综合临床诊疗能力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the feasibility, acceptability and effectiveness of MOOC(massive open online course) combined with flipping classroom in standardized training of residents.Methods A total of 192 residents majoring in internal medicine were selected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 96 in each group.One group of residents were given the traditional training model (control group), and the other group were given MOOC combined with flipping classroom (observation group).Then scores of the after-class test and survey satisfaction between two groups are compared.Results The test scores of the students in the observation group 82.40±6.54 were higher than those in the control group 80.30±7.39, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Residents are satisfied with the MOOC flip classroom teaching mode.Conclusion The MOOC combined with flipping classroom teaching can improve the teaching results in standardized training of residents, and improve the comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of residents.
