The Kirkpatrick model is the most classic training effect evaluation tool.It focuses on the four levels of evaluation:trainees' reaction, learning, behavior, and results for a full range of progressive evaluation.It is widely used in "demand-oriented, post-competitence" nursing training, colleges and universities.This article thoroughly discusses the application foundation, system construction and application prospects of the Kirkpatrick model in the evaluation of the post competency training of nursing undergraduates, aiming to provide reference for the training design and training management of the post competence of nursing undergraduates. |
