γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA), as an important inhibitory neurotransmitter in the nervous system, participates in a variety of central nervous system functions through GABA A receptor channel or G protein coupled B receptor.This article will elaborate the key role of GABAergic signaling in the etiology of neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDSs), so as to provide reference for promoting the precise treatment of NDDSs. |
