口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)是一种常见的慢性炎症性口腔黏膜疾病,其确切病因尚不明确且具有一定癌变概率。基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)及其抑制剂在非特异性免疫病理性反应机制、炎症反应机制中发挥重要作用,提示其可能对OLP的发生发展有着重要作用。本文就MMPs及其抑制剂与OLP的相关性研究进展做一综述。 |

Oral lichen planus is a common chronic inflammatory disease of oral mucosa,the exact etiology of which is still unclear and has a certain carcinogenic potential.Matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors play an important role in non-specific immunopathological response mechanisms and inflammatory response mechanisms,suggesting that they may be important in the development of oral lichen planus.This paper will review the progress of the correlation of matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors with oral lichen planus. |
