| 供精人工授精（artificial insemination by donorsperm，AID）技术已经得到广泛应用，不仅解决了部分男性患者的不育问题，更为他们的家庭和谐带来了益处。影响AID成功的因素主要包括女性的年龄、授精次数、促排卵方案和冷冻精子复苏前后的质量等。其中女性的年龄对AID治疗成功率的影响尤为重要。虽然AID技术对子代出生安全尚有不确定性，不过目前多数研究数据表明供精人工授精技术安全可靠。本文就该技术的临床应用和出生子代缺陷两个方面进行综述。 |

| Artificial insemination by donor sperm has been widely used,which not only solves the infertility problem of some male patients,but also brings benefits to their family harmony.In this paper,the clinical application of this technique and the safety of the offspring were reviewed.There are many factors affecting the success of AID,including the age of the infertile women;the times of inseminations;ovulation induction regimens and the quality of sperm before and after thawed.The age of women are particularly important for the success of AID treatment.Although there is uncertainty about the safety of the offspring,most of the current research data show that the AID treatment is safe and reliable. |
