| 目的 了解某医学院大学生乙肝疫苗接种情况及对乙肝防控知识认知现状，为医学院校制定和开展乙肝健康教育提供科学依据。 方法 随机抽样法抽取某医学院在校大学一年级至大学五年级学生787名，进行乙肝防治知识认知度问卷调查；采用乳胶快速检测法检测乙肝血清标志物。结果 该校大学生HBsAg阳性率为0.63%，抗-HBs阳性率为45.27%，五项全阴性率为54.10%。乙肝知识认知知晓率为67.68%，影响乙肝防控知识认知的因素有年级、专业以及是否系统学习过《医学微生物学》和《传染病学》。结论 该校大学生群体的乙肝免疫保护力未全面覆盖，对乙肝的防控认知水平和疫苗接种主动性有待提高，医学院校应加强职业风险教育和乙肝防控宣教。 |

| Objective To explore the status of hepatitis B vaccination and acknowledgement of prevention and control about hepatitis B among students in a medical university,so as to provide a scientific evidence for the implement of the health education of hepatitis B in medical schools.Methods Through stratified and cluster sampling,the study randomly selected 787 medical students across five class years(MS1-MS5) of the medical school to assess their prevention and treatment knowledge of hepatitis B via a questionnaire.The rapid latex detection method was used to test for HBV serum marker expressions.Results The positive rate of HBsAg among medical students of the school was 0.63%,the positive rate of anti-HBs was 45.27%,and the negative rate of all 5 indexes was 54.10%.The awareness rate of hepatitis B knowledge cognition was 67.68%.The factors affecting the cognition of hepatitis B prevention and control knowledge were grade,major,and whether they had studied Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases courses systematically.Conclusion The protection of hepatitis B immunity of the medical students in this school is not fully covered.The awareness level of prevention and control knowledge in hepatitis B and the initiative of vaccination needs to be improved.It is urgent and necessary for medical schools to strengthen occupational risk education,prevention and control education in hepatitis B. |
