      目的 揭示干细胞领域的研究现状,探究该领域已发表文献的特征、内部关系、主题发展趋势及其知识结构,为研究人员提供参考。方法 以PubMed中收录的干细胞相关文献作为数据来源,提取文献中的主要主题词进行频次统计,截取高频主题词,生成高频主题词-论文矩阵,根据高频主题词的共现情况进行聚类分析,根据分析得到的聚类树图和对应的类标签文献,分析当前干细胞领域的研究主题。并绘制战略坐标图,对各主题的研究现状进行分析。结果 当前干细胞领域的主要研究热点集中在骨损伤修复等4个方面,5个主题方向,包含1个核心研究主题、2个边缘研究主题、1个独立研究主题与1个潜力研究主题。结论 干细胞多潜能分化的可再生来源的能力,给细胞治疗和组织工程方面的再生医学领域带来了新的希望,与潜力研究主题的分析相一致。通过共现聚类分析结合战略坐标分析对文献进行梳理,揭示了干细胞领域的主题发现趋势及其知识结构。
英文摘要:
      Objective The paper aimed to reveal the current status of research in the field of stem cells, explore the characteristics, internal relationships, theme development trends and knowledge structure of published literature in this field, and provide references for researchers.Methods The high frequency subject terms were extracted from the PubMed on stem cells field to generate the matrix of high frequency subject terms and their source papers.The co-occurrence of high frequency subject terms in a same paper was analyzed by clustering analysis.The hotspots in stem cells were analyzed according to the clustering analysis of high frequency subject terms and their corresponding class labels.Results The paper showed that the hotspots in stem cells were repair of bone injury and regeneration and so on.It includes one core research topic, two marginal research topics, one independent research topic and one potential research topic.Conclusion The ability of stem cells to differentiate into renewable sources brings new hope to the field of regenerative medicine in cell therapy and tissue engineering, which is consistent with the analysis of potential research topics in this article.Through co-occurrence cluster analysis and strategic coordinate analysis, this paper reviews the literature and reveals the trend and knowledge structure of topic discovery in stem cell field.
