| 子宫内膜异位症（内异症）是育龄期女性的常见病、多发病，目前临床治疗较为棘手，且复发率较高。现代中医医家对于内异症的公认病机为“瘀血”，然究其病因病机，而非单纯瘀血。中医药治疗内异症对于缓解疾病疼痛、减缓疾病进展及术后预防疾病复发方面，均起到有效的临床治疗作用，并具有自身的临床优势。本文将近年中医药对内异症的认识和治疗进行概括，以期为内异症的中医诊疗提供参考。 |

| Endometriosis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in women of childbearing age.The current clinical treatment of this disease is difficult and the recurrence rate is high.The recognized pathogenesis of endometriosis by modern Chinese medical practitioners is "stasis", but the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is not the sole cause of stasis.The treatment of endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine plays an effective clinical role in alleviating the pain of the disease, slowing the progression of the disease, and preventing the recurrence of the disease after the operation, and has its own clinical advantages.This paper summarizes the understanding and treatment of endometriosis in traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, hoping to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis in traditional Chinese medicine. |
