帕金森病(Parkinson's Disease,PD)是一种与年龄相关的神经退行性疾病,其主要病理特征是中脑黑质多巴胺神经元的特异性减少及包含α突触核蛋白聚集体在内的路易小体的形成,然而目前黑质多巴胺神经元退行性病变的具体分子机制尚不完全清楚。神经炎症参与PD的发生发展过程中,而小胶质细胞介导的神经炎症在多巴胺神经元退行性病变过程中发挥重要作用。本文将综述小胶质细胞介导的神经炎症在PD病理过程中的作用机制,为PD的分子机制及治疗提供新的理论基础和药物靶点。 |

Parkinson's disease (PD),an age-associated neurodegenerative disease,is characterized by the selective loss of dopaminergic (DA) neurons and the formation of Lewy body including α-synucleinaggregates.However,the molecular mechanism of the pathology of PD remains elusive.Studies have demonstrated that the neuroinflammationisinvolved in the progress of PD.More and more evidence showed that neuroinflammation regulated by microglia played an important role in the neurodegeneration of DA neurons.In this paper,we will review the recent research about the roles of microglial neuroinflammation in PD microglial neuroinflammation in the pathological processes of PD,which not only highlighting some new insights about the molecular mechanisms of PD but also providing the potential targets for the treatment of PD. |
