| 目的 探讨丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗小儿川崎病的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年10月到2017年10月莒县人民医院儿科收治的100例川崎病患儿，随机分为对照组与观察组各50例，对照组应用阿司匹林治疗，观察组应用阿司匹林联合丙种球蛋白治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、体征改善时间及冠状动脉病变发生率。结果 两组患者总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患儿皮疹消退时间、发热消退时间、四肢症状变化时间差异具有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；两组患儿用药后WBC、CRP、ESR、PLT水平均较用药前有显著的改善，观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患儿用药后冠状动脉病变发生率与不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 应用丙种球蛋白联合阿司匹林治疗川崎病患儿效果理想，可快速缓解临床症状，改善血清检测指标，具有临床可行性。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of gamma globulin combined with aspirin in treatment of Kawasaki disease in children.Methods 100 cases of children with Kawasaki disease from October 2016 to October 2017 of Juxian People's Hospital as research subjects,randomly divided into two groups including control group and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with aspirin combined with gamma globulin.The clinical curative effects of the two groups was compared,including the signs of improvement time index and coronary artery disease incidence.Results The total effective rate of the both groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the improvement time of symptoms in the two groups,the recovery time of rashes,fever and limb symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).WBC,CRP,ESR and PLT levels of the two groups of children were significantly improved after medication compared with those before medication,and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of coronary artery lesions and adverse reactions between the two groups,and there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of using gamma globulin combined aspirin in children with Kawasaki disease was good,which could quickly relieve clinical symptoms,and improve serum test index. |
