      目的 利用火焰原子吸收法测定稀土元素La3+含量,探究La3+对薄荷各项生长指标的影响。方法 采用改良的火焰原子吸收法,制作标准曲线,考察该方法的线性、精密度、重复性、准确度、检出限和定量限,并测定叶面喷施LaCl3后薄荷的生长指标及La3+的残留量。结果 利用火焰原子吸收法测定La3+含量在0~100mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),标准曲线为A=0.0001C+0.0012,精密度RSD为1.20%,重复性RSD为0%,加样回收率为96.8%,RSD为1.45%,检测限为2.725mg·L-1、定量限为9.082mg·L-1。给薄荷叶面喷施稀土肥,喷施LaCl3水溶液浓度为250mg·L-1,喷施2次后可显著增加正常薄荷的各项生长指标(株高、鲜质量、干质量),喷施3次后薄荷的La3+吸收量接近饱和。结论 建立的用于测定薄荷中La3+含量的火焰原子吸收分光光度法,方法准确可靠;La3+可明显促进正常薄荷的生长,并可应用于挥发油的增产。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the methodology of flame atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the content of rare earth element La3+ and explore the growth effect of La3+ on Mentha haplocalyx Briq.Methods A modified flame atomic absorption method was used to prepare the standard curve.Then the linearity,precision,reproducibility,accuracy,limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were investigated,and the growth index and the residual amount of La3+ after spraying LaCl3 were measured.Results The flame a tomic absorption method had a good linearity (r=0.9999) in the range of 0~100mg·L-1 for the content of La3+.The standard curve was A=0.0001C+0.0012.RSD of precision was 1.20%.RSD of repeatability was 0%.The recovery rate was 96.8%.And its RSD was 1.45%.LOD was 2.725mg·L-1 and the LOQ was 9.082mg·L-1.The fertilization method was foliar spraying.The sprayed concentration was 250mg· L-1 LaCl3,and the growth indexes (plant height,fresh weight and dry weight) of the plant were significantly increased after spraying twice.The La3+ absorption was close to saturation after spraying 3 times.Conclusion The established flame atomic absorption method for the determination of La3+ in Mentha haplocalyx Briq.was accurate and reliable.La3+ could promote the growth obviously which could be applied to the increase of volatile oil.
