2016年10月,党中央、国务院制定发布了《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》,规划部署了未来15年健康中国建设。医学生作为我国未来医疗卫生事业的强大后备军和中坚力量,在健康中国建设与发展中担当着极其重要的职责与使命。在推进健康中国建设进程中,加强与改进医学生人文教育,培养提升其医学人文素质,不仅促进医学生自身的健康成长,而且推进健康中国建设。本文结合健康中国建设,客观审视我国医学人文教育现状,从教师、学生、学校管理以及国家4个方面,深刻剖析其存在的问题,从而提出加强与改进医学生人文教育的有益对策。 |

In October,2016,the CPC central committee and the State Council promulgated the Plan of Health China 2030,deploying the tasks for building a healthy China for the next fifteen years.As the backbone and reserve force of China's future medical and health undertakings,medical students will bear extremely important responsibility and mission in the development and construction of healthy China.In the process of promoting the construction of healthy China,Strengthening and improving medical students' medical humanities education and cultivating their medical humanistic qualities can not only promote the healthy growth of medical students,but also promote the construction of healthy China.From the four aspects of teachers,students,school management and the whole country,this article objectively examines the current situation of medical humanities education in China and deeply analyzes the existing problems.Furthermore,it puts forward some beneficial countermeasures to strengthen and improve medical humanities education under the background of promoting the construction of healthy China. |
