| 目的 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定苦参碱杀虫剂中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱和槐果碱含量的方法。方法 高效液相色谱法测定生物碱，色谱条件：色谱柱，Wondasil C18（4.6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相，乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液（三乙胺2%，15：85，v/v）；流速，1.0ml/min，检测波长：205nm。结果 苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱和槐果碱分别在0.076~0.5，0.084~0.4，0.12~0.44，0.20~0.49μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系（R2>0.998），含量分别为：0.70%，0.28%，0.60%，0.01%。结论 本实验建立的HPLC法能快速同时测定苦参碱杀虫剂中4种生物碱的含量，可用于快速测定药品或环境中的生物碱。 |

| Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the content of matrine,oxymatrine,sophoridine and sophocarpine in matrine pesticides by HPLC.Methods The alkaloids was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions were established with WondasilC18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (2% triethylamine,15:85,v/v),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength of 205nm.Results The matrine,oxymatrine,sophoridine and sophocarpine has good linearity relation (R2>0.999) at the range of 0.076~0.50、0.084~0.47、0.12~0.44、0.20~0.49μg/mL,respectively.The contents were 0.70%,0.28%,0.60%,and 0.01%,respectively.Conclusion The four alkaloids were determined simultaneously by HPLC method in matrine pesticides,which can be used to determine the alkaloids content in drug or environment. |
