| 目的 通过分析法医病理学案例，探讨死因分布规律及死因的判断难点。方法 对318例死因不明确或存在争议的尸体进行法医病理学检验并做组织病理学检查。结果 318例尸检中涉及病理性死亡127例，其中心血管系统疾病居首位，神经系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、产科疾病次之；机械性暴力致死135例，其中机械性损伤96例，机械性窒息26例；其他 13例，包括中毒5例，电击伤8例；另外原因不明5例。结论 全面细致的尸体检验，明确的死因分析能有效提高有关部门调解、处理医疗纠纷的效率和公正性，也有助于民事、刑事案件的公正解决。 |

| Objective To investigate the distribution and the difficulty of death causes by analyzing the autopsy cases.Methods 318 cases with unclear or controversial causes of death were examined by forensic pathology and histopatho-logical examination.Results 127 cases death due to the disease itself,among which the cardiovascular system diseases are the first,followed with respiratory system disease,congenital disease,infectious disease.In 135cases with mechanical force,including 95 cases of mechanical injury,26 cases of mechanical asphyxia,and the other 13 cases with 5cases of poisoning death,and 8 cases of electrical injury.Conclusion The comprehensive and detailed body inspection and the analysis of the cause of death can effectively improve the efficiency and fairness of the guardian Planning Commission to mediate and deal with medical disputes.This contributes to the settlement of civil and criminal cases. |
