| 目的 探讨酚妥拉明泵维持治疗新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC）的疗效。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年1月我院新生儿重症监护室收治的68例患有坏死性小肠结肠炎新生儿为观察对象，随机分为观察组与对照组各34例。对照组予以常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，给予3～5d的酚妥拉明泵维持治疗，比较两组疗效及有效患儿腹胀消失时间、恢复肠内营养时间和治疗时间。结果 观察组总有效率94.12%，对照组76.47%（P<0.05）；观察组患儿的腹胀消失时间、恢复肠内营养时间以及治疗时间明显短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 酚妥拉明泵维持治疗对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎具有良好的治疗效果。 |

| Objective To investigate the curative effect of the treatment of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis of phentolamine pump maintenance. Methods 68 cases of neonatal necrotizing small bowel in childrenwere randomly selected from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital which would be divided into experimental group and control group.The control group of 34 children was given with conventional therapy.The experimental group 34 cases was also given with conventional therapy,and the 3-5 days of phentolamine pump maintenance treatment were added.The total efficiency were compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 94.12%,and the control group was 76.47%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The prognosis of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.0.5). Conclusion Phentolamine pump maintenance therapy in patients with necrotizing enterocolitis in children has a good therapeutic effect which can reduce the mortality and improve the cure rate,popularization and application. |
