| 红色美术文化是中国共产党百年奋斗征程的可视化载体，积淀了丰厚的红色精神内核，其承载的理想信念、价值追求和道德规范，与医学生思政教育厚植医者仁心、培育医德素养、塑造医疗职业精神的目标高度契合。全媒体时代，红色美术文化融入医学生思政教育存在资源挖掘碎片化、融入模式单一化、实践延伸浅表化等困境。为此，文章以系统化资源重构整合、多元化育人载体创新、场景化教育实践拓展三个方面提出解决路径，从而搭建“视觉浸润—精神内核—医德践行”的层级递进式融合育人体系，充分发挥红色美术资源的育人价值，推动医学生思政教学效果与教育质量不断提升。 |

| As a visual medium of the Communist Party of China's century-long struggle,red art culture embodies profound connotations of the red spirit.The ideals,beliefs,value pursuits,and moral norms it carries are highly consistent with the goals of ideological and political education for medical students,which include fostering compassion in medical practice,cultivating professional morality,and shaping medical professionalism.The integration of the two constitutes an essential requirement for fostering high-quality medical and health talents for the new era.In the all-media era,integrating red art culture into ideological and political education for medical students faces challenges such as fragmented use of cultural resources,monotonous integration models,and limited extension into practice.To address these issues,this paper proposes targeted solutions from three dimensions:systematic reconstruction and integration of resources,innovative diversified educational media,and expanded scenario-based educational practices.It constructs a progressive integrated education system of "visual immersion-spiritual internalization-ethical practice,"so as to fully realize the educational value of red art resources and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education for medical students. |
